Follow 5 simple steps to rent and return:

  1. Put all the desired rented items in the shopping cart
  2. Complete the reservation and follow the procedure
  3. We will then deliver the items to you on time on the required date to the required address or you can collect them from us
  4. You will use the rented items during the reserved period
  5. Return the rented item(s) to us at your address or at our address

PROCEDURE

Reservation

You can easily book our products directly on this website.

To find the right rented item, simply use our categories.

If necessary, we will be happy to advise you.

Make a reservation online, enter the start date and time, choose the number of days and click "ADD TO CART" to add the item to the shopping cart. Then all you have to do is complete the transaction. Enter your details as you would with a regular online purchase. The reservation will be confirmed to your email immediately. No need to register. We will then deliver the rented items to the address and delivery date of your choice. Our items are delivered in good used and working condition. Now all brand new. We check all items after or before rental for function, scope of delivery and condition. For more information, please see the FAQ section.

 

Returning

After using the item, you can return it free of charge to our address or we will collect it at the address of your choice.

If the goods are returned to us functional and complete, cleaned and dry, any deposit will be returned immediately.

Any fines will be deducted from the deposit.

10 EUR if the rented item was not returned dry.

15 EUR if the rented item was soiled /sand, etc./

Possible damages and incompleteness are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
