Reservation

How do I make a reservation?

On the page of the relevant item with the calendar, select the date and hour of the start of the rent, select the number of days and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Select the transport option, the payment method, enter your details and click on the "RESERVATION NOW" button. We will then send an order confirmation to your email. If you did not make a payment during the reservation, you will also receive instructions for payment in the order confirmation. If the order is not paid within 60 minutes, it will be cancelled.

What are the requirements to make a reservation?

To rent from us, you must be over 16 years old and be able to prove your identity when handing over the rented item.

What information do you require when making reservation?

As with a classic online purchase, we require a delivery address /if there is no personal collection/ and your contact details (phone and e-mail)

When will you deliver the rental item?

The latest deadline for a reservation with delivery is 2 hours before the start of the rental.

We recommend making a reservation as soon as possible to ensure the highest possible delivery reliability.

What rental period can I choose?

The usual rental period is 3 to 7 days. For MEGA 18'1 SUP rentals, the rental period is 1 to 7 days, and for TANDEM SUPs, the rental period is 2 to 7 days. Please allow sufficient time for preparation, use, disassembly with possible cleaning or drying.

How are rental prices calculated?

We offer a fixed price usually for 3 days + price for each additional day of rental. The maximum rental period is 7 days.

The applicable rental price is calculated and displayed directly on the item page, including the refundable deposit and shipping. Personal collection at our delivery point is free of charge.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, for security reasons a refundable deposit is required. Of course, the deposit will be returned immediately after proper return /maximum within 3 hours/. Once we have checked the object of the rental, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer or to your Revolut account.

What other costs are incurred?

Our flat rate of 13 EUR for delivery and a refundable deposit is added to the rental prices upon delivery. We reserve the right to charge a fee for damaged, heavily soiled or late returns. Otherwise, there are no additional costs.

How can I register or log in?

This is only a one-time reservation, so there is no need or possibility to register.

It is enough to put the item in the shopping cart and complete the reservation. If you didn't make the payment during the reservation, you will find the payment options in the email. As soon as we receive the payment, you will receive a confirmation to your email.

How can I redeem a discount code?

You can enter the voucher code directly in the shopping cart. After entering a valid code, the discount will be provided directly in the shopping cart.

What happens after the reservation is completed?

After a successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the reservation by e-mail with all the relevant details. Therefore, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Once you are identified and payment is made, we will deliver the goods to you in time.

Payment method

How can I pay?

Payment is made through PayPal during the reservation. You can pay by bank transfer to our corporate account with WISE.

If your bank supports SEPA instant, the payment will be credited within 10 seconds and you will receive a confirmation immediately.

You also have the option to pay via Revolut by card or on our Revtag.

When do I have to pay?

During the reservation or within 60 minutes. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

Delivery

How does delivery work?

We will deliver the reserved rental items to your address on time at the desired date, or you can pick up the rental item at our pick-up point.

Can I count on delivery on time?

99% of our deliveries reach the customer on time. Every day we do everything to keep this rate as high as possible.

Nevertheless, in exceptional cases deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen problems.

In such a case, we always try to find a solution together with the customer after contacting them. We first contact the customer via SMS. To minimize the risk of late delivery, we recommend reservation, payment and identification as soon as possible before the start of the rental.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs 13 EUR. The price already includes the return of the rental item.

Where can the shipment be delivered?

Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja.

What happens in case of late payment?

If the customer does not pay on time /within 60 minutes after completing the reservation/, the reservation will be cancelled by us.

Is it possible to pick up the shipment in person?

You can collect and return our goods at our delivery point from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 9 am to 8 pm. And it's free. Alternatively, we will deliver the package to your desired address for a fee of €13 in the Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja area.

How can I use the rented items?

Most of our items are easy and straightforward to use. We often also include instructions for use with rented items.

Are the rental items tested and functional?

Of course, they are now completely new /as of 12.6.2023/. Later, our goods will always be in working condition and may show signs of wear.

What happens in case of damage?

If, despite our careful inspection, the goods arrive damaged, you will not be held responsible as long as you notify us immediately and we will find a solution together. If the damage is caused by misuse by the renter, we will try to repair the damage as cheaply as possible and charge the customer. If this is not possible, the value of the item must be replaced by the lessee.

Are the rental items insured? And what happens in case of theft, damage or loss?

Once taken over, our items are not insured and in the event of theft or loss, the hirer is responsible.

Where can I use rental items?

You can use the items wherever their use is safe and in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions for using the items.

Who can use the rental items?

Transferring the rental item for use to third parties is permitted. However, the lessee must ensure safe and correct use and, as a contractual partner, is responsible for any damage or loss.

Return

How to return rental items?

The goods are cleaned, dry, with all accessories and securely packed, just as they were originally packed.

When and where to return rental items?

Refunds will be made according to the reservation. In the case of personal collection at our delivery point between 9:00 and 20:00.

If we delivered to your address, for example, at 18:30 and the voucher is for 3 days, we will pick it up after 3 days at 18:30 .

If you want to return the rental object earlier, write to us on WhatsApp or inform us by email info@rentio247.com

If you want to return the rental object a day or more earlier, this does not establish the right to a refund.

Must rental items be returned clean and dry?

Our low prices are purely rental prices and do not include cleaning and drying costs. Therefore, items must be returned in the usable condition in which they were delivered. Otherwise, the effort required to restore them will unfortunately have to be charged additionally.

What happens in case of a late return?

In the event of a late return at our delivery location or a late pick-up at your place, the rental period will be recalculated according to our applicable rental rates.

This happens because the items are usually already reserved for the next customer, so late returns cause us additional costs.

When and how will I get my deposit back?

We will return the deposit immediately (usually within 3 hours) after a proper return by the original method of payment.

Can I change my reservation?

Unpaid reservations can usually be changed without any problems. Depending on availability, this is also possible for already paid reservations, in some cases by agreement.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp

Unpaid reservations can be cancelled free of charge until payment is made. Reservations that have already been paid for can be cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

In this case, the cancellation fee is €10 handling fee plus 50% of the total value of the reservation. The deposit will be returned in full.

We will then promptly refund the remaining amount.
